This 12" ruler is completely handmade on precision vintage machinery here in the UK, making it possibly one of the last made this way and setting it apart from the usual mass produced tools we see today! Each ruler is nickel plated with a dull satin finish. All increments are filled with black enamel paint for easy reading. Increments in inches.
