When will my item arrive?
International shipping can take up to two weeks to be delivered dependant on the location, possibly more (Covid has increased current shipping times). Shipping within the UK can take on average up to 3 days. Please note, we are working on around a 10-12 working day turnaround for orders BEFORE they can be posted.
Will my item be handmade?
All our tools are handcrafted in our workshop located in Derbyshire, UK, meaning that no two items will be exactly the same. Each product is unique and one of a kind.
Can my item be personalised?
We can personalise some of our items for an additional cost. Please see each products 'description' for confirmation as to whether a particular item can be personalised.
I have a question about fabrication
We can help with a range of fabrication requirements, depending on current capacity. Please see our Instagram feed on the homepage for examples of our work. If you would like to discuss your fabrication needs, please contact us. All costs are quoted on an individual basis dependant on the job required. Please note, our fabrication services can only be offered to UK customers.
Can I commission a specific item?
If you wish to commission a specific piece which is not already available in our online store, please contact us to discuss. Whilst we cannot always guarantee every request we receive, we are always happy to discuss whether we can assist with your requirements. Please note, we may not be able to accomodate custom orders during busy times.
I've changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
We always try and work with our customers as much as possible. If you do change your mind about something you've already ordered please let us know. However, please note that as our items are handmade, refunds requested over 7 days from the original order, may be refused.
I'm not happy with an order, can I request a refund?
Whilst we always try and make sure all our customers are happy, if you do receive an item you are not happy with, please contact us. We will always try to rectify an issue first if possible however, we will discuss refunds if appropriate.
