On the 29th August 2025 the US introduced customs charges for all goods imported from abroad, regardless of value. Please note that due to this, delays with items sent to the US may be experienced as these are processed through the new system.

Any customs charges that are due are the responsibility of the buyer &  customers must satisfy themselves in relation to what charges may now be due under the new rules.

If you refuse to pay customs charges and an item is returned to us due to this, refunds will only be given once an item reaches us & will not include shipping costs.
